The previous two editions of the event delivered impressive results. The competition attracted 1966 teams from top universities at home and abroad, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Zhejiang University, and incubated 68 practical projects. 創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)金在項(xiàng)目注冊落地后分期支付（注冊落地后立即支付獎(jiǎng)金，帶動(dòng)就業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)到要求后支付配套獎(jiǎng)金）。創(chuàng)意團(tuán)隊(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)后立即支付獎(jiǎng)金。

1. Policies for award-winning teams
(1) Entrepreneurship track projects: They can enjoy the "Anji County Policies for Supporting Youth to Develop, Employment and Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas". （1）大學(xué)生政策：符合就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)政策條件的，可享受崗位補(bǔ)貼900元/月-4200元/月，創(chuàng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼2500元/月，就業(yè)補(bǔ)貼300元/月，享受一年，按月發(fā)放。
（2）人才服務(wù)金卡：人才項(xiàng)目入選市縣人才計(jì)劃領(lǐng)軍人才的，可享受免費(fèi)停車、免費(fèi)體檢、免費(fèi)暢游等九大類20條重磅服務(wù)。

大賽設(shè)置創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)意賽道，采用初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽三級賽制，賽事評審由競賽委員會(huì)和主承辦單位共同組織實(shí)施，評選一批優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目予以表彰和激勵(lì)。
The competition features two tracks: the Entrepreneurship Track and the Creative Track. It adopts a three-tiered competition system consisting of preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds. The judging process is jointly organized and implemented by the competition committee and the main organizing units, with a selection of outstanding projects to be recognized and rewarded.
以安吉縣為賽區(qū)，賽題分成兩個(gè)版塊，“兩山”未來科技城瞄準(zhǔn)跨境電商、短視頻制作、動(dòng)漫設(shè)計(jì)、直播帶貨等熱門領(lǐng)域，青年入鄉(xiāng)百人村圍繞農(nóng)村閑置資產(chǎn)盤活、空間改造及運(yùn)營、農(nóng)文旅業(yè)態(tài)培育及運(yùn)營等方面，通過兩大平臺版塊出題、創(chuàng)業(yè)青年代表答題的方式，導(dǎo)入一批集聚大學(xué)生的青創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目賦能萬人城建設(shè)，招引一批具有競爭力的業(yè)態(tài)項(xiàng)目賦能百人村建設(shè)。

2.參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)入圍復(fù)賽后，中途不得無故退賽。

3.鼓勵(lì)各團(tuán)隊(duì)通過抖音、小紅書等平臺發(fā)布參賽信息，宣傳效果納入賽事評分體系，特別對轉(zhuǎn)載量高、宣傳效果佳的予以加分。

4.參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)因涉及駐村調(diào)研及指導(dǎo)施工，需注意安全事項(xiàng)。駐村期間嚴(yán)格參照安全條例執(zhí)行，各團(tuán)隊(duì)需由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人帶隊(duì)全員駐村，各賽點(diǎn)村相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人為各團(tuán)隊(duì)指定全程對接人。參賽學(xué)生需購買調(diào)研安全保險(xiǎn)。

5.所有參賽作品應(yīng)為原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，因作品帶來的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛由參賽者自行承擔(dān)。如有剽竊、抄襲等違規(guī)現(xiàn)象，經(jīng)核實(shí)后，酌情降級或取消競賽資格，參賽者需退還已發(fā)放的全部項(xiàng)目調(diào)研補(bǔ)貼和獎(jiǎng)金。
