中國和意大利是東西方文明的杰出代表,中意兩個偉大文明的友好交往源遠流長。
2023年是中意建交53周年,為深化貫徹習近平總書記在2021年4月19日考察清華大學時的講話精神,促進中意兩國和全球青年創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)交流與合作,推動藝術與科技融合發(fā)展,清華大學、米蘭理工大學和浙江紹興柯橋區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合主辦的“中意青年未來時尚設計大賽”將以嶄新的姿態(tài)持續(xù)開展。大賽將進一步匯聚全球青年協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的力量,探索前沿時尚趨勢,引領未來時尚主張,以美為媒,共建國際時尚創(chuàng)新平臺,攜手為全球時尚設計發(fā)展注入新的活力。
China and Italy are illustrative examples of eastern and western civilizations, respectively, and enjoy a time-honored friendship. In commemoration of the 53rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy in 2023, the “China-Italy Youth Fashion Future Design Competition” will be launched in an exciting new way. The competition is jointly sponsored by Tsinghua University, Politecnico di Milano, and Keqiao District People’s Government of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. It responds to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech during his visit to Tsinghua University on April 19, 2021, and enhances youth exchanges and cooperation in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with the purpose of encouraging the fusion of art and technology. The competition harnesses the power of global young talents to make innovative designs, explore cutting-edge fashion trends, and pioneer future fashion concepts. With beauty as the medium, the competition is poised to become an international fashion innovation platform, injecting new vitality into global fashion design.

The competition integrates resources in fashion design, innovative education, academic research, and industrial incubation, deepens the fusion of design innovation, production, and education, and discovers cutting-edge design talent with creativity and vitality. It explores the future of global fashion design and facilitates transformation of innovative achievements of design into strengths, in a bid to accelerate the upgrading of industries in the two countries, meet people’s aspiration for a better life, and consolidate advancements made in global fashion design.

(一) 強化時尚設計賽事品牌
進一步完善科學規(guī)范的大賽組織機制和各項規(guī)章制度;做好大賽宣傳推廣;提升中意兩國乃至全球對大賽的知曉度、參與度和認同度, 打造全球時尚設計賽事知名品牌。
A. Raise the profile of the competition
It is necessary to objectively improve the procedures, rules, and regulations of the competition, raise the public profile of the competition, facilitate widespread participation, build a favorable global reputation particularly in China and Italy, and create a renowned brand among global fashion design competitions.
(二)建設時尚設計創(chuàng)新網絡
著力構建時尚設計國際交流平臺;促進新銳人才與產業(yè)需求的深度鏈接;形成“學校-政府-企業(yè)”、“國際-國內”資源的雙循環(huán)發(fā)展格局;建設“以藝術與科技交匯、藝術與人文融合、學術與實踐并重”的設計創(chuàng)新合作網絡。
B. Build an Innovation Network for Fashion Design
The Competition aims to build an international platform for fashion design, fill the gap between talent supply and industry demand, form a dual-circulation pattern that integrates university-government-enterprise resources as well as domestic and international resources, and build a cooperation network for innovative design where “art is combined with technologies, art is integrated into humanities, and academic research and practical use are equally emphasized”.

與品牌企業(yè)緊密合作,采用創(chuàng)業(yè)投資、市場拓展、團隊引入等方式推動大賽優(yōu)秀參賽作品的成果轉化。同時,通過人才、項目、內容的整合,賦能產業(yè)。

參賽對象
Participants
本次大賽主要面向中國和意大利及全球時尚領域的青年設計創(chuàng)新者(年齡45周歲以下),包括但不限于藝術家、設計師、高校設計專業(yè)的師生、設計工作室和企業(yè)等。
The competition is open to innovative art practitioners under 45 years old from China, Italy and the rest of the world, including but not limited to artists, designers, college students and faculty members in the major of design, and employees of studios and companies.
主題闡釋

本屆大賽以“時尚·演化”(Fashion · Evolution)為主題。青年設計師們的銳意逐新既響應了變化,亦推動了變化,也讓更多人通過大賽看到了變化。從演化的視角審視時尚的歷史積存、當下洞見與未來臆想,推動時尚在應對變化上的靈活、開放與包容。本屆大賽倡導在面料、服裝、配飾等領域的時尚演變設計,通過設計理念的豐富想象,展現(xiàn)中國自信形象與國際開放包容心態(tài),煥發(fā)時代光彩,共建時尚設計未來演進新生態(tài)。
The competition is themed “Fashion · Evolution”. Creation and innovation of those young designers not only echoes with, but also promotes the changes, giving more people an opportunity to see changes with their own eyes. From the perspective of evolution, we are able to delve into history, current insights and expectation of fashion, and further achieve the flexibility, openness and inclusiveness of fashion in the midst of changes. The competition advocates the evolution of textile printing design, fashion design and accessories design, and demonstrates China’s confidence, inclusiveness and openness through the diversified design concepts, with an aim to show the splendor of this new era and build a new ecosystem of fashion design for future evolution.
大賽在時尚·演化主題下,開設三個賽道:面料設計、服裝設計、配飾設計。
Under the theme of “Fashion · Evolution”, the competition has three categories: textile’s printing design, fashion design and accessories design.
1. 面料設計
Textile’s Printing Design
聚焦時尚領域的紡織品印花圖案設計創(chuàng)新,包括但不限于:服用紡織品印花設計與家用紡織品印花設計。
Focuses on new designs for textile printing patterns used for clothing, home and beyond.
2.服裝設計
Fashion Design
注重藝術性與功能性并重的創(chuàng)意日用時裝設計。
Focuses on creative daily fashion designs with equal emphasis on artistry and function.
3. 配飾設計
Accessories Design
創(chuàng)造時尚趨勢與美好生活方式相結合的配飾產品,包括但不限于:鞋、帽、箱包、首飾等相關領域。
Focuses on designs for accessories that are both fashionable and practical, including shoes, hats, bags, jewelry and more.
參賽要求
Requirements
1. 參賽作品應圍繞大賽主題進行設計。
1. The entry should reflect the theme of the competition.
2. 參賽作品可以提交系列作品,以組稿形式參賽,組稿不多
于5個作品。
2. The entry can be designed and submitted as a series, with up to five pieces of work.
3. 提交的設計作品必須是設計者原創(chuàng)作品,擁有完整的知識
產權,且未曾公開正式發(fā)表。如出現(xiàn)抄襲、盜用等涉及著作版權糾紛問題,一經發(fā)現(xiàn),將被取消參賽資格,由此引發(fā)的版權、著作權糾紛及法律問題,由參賽者自行承擔。
3. The entry submitted should be the original work of the designer with complete intellectual property rights, and has not been officially published. In case of copyright disputes such as plagiarism and misappropriation, the entry will be disqualified from the competition. The copyright disputes and any litigation arising therefrom will be borne by the participants in question.
4. 參賽語言為中文或英文。

5. 所有參賽報名材料(稿件、照片、視頻等)一律不退,請
自留底稿。參賽選手擁有參賽作品的完整知識產權,組委會對參賽作品(含設計稿和成品)擁有公開發(fā)表權,包括宣傳、展覽、演出、出版發(fā)行等。
5. All submitted materials such as samples, photos, videos, etc., will not be returned. Participants are strongly advised to keep a copies of their works. Participants enjoy full ownership of their intellectual property rights. The organizing committee has the right to publish the entries (including drafts and final pieces), for purposes including publicity, exhibition, performance, publication, distribution, etc.

報名及初賽階段需提交的材料:
Materials required for registration and preliminary round:
1) 作品設計圖紙: 5頁之內,尺寸為A3豎版,分辨率300dpi,文件大小10mb以內,格式為png、jpg、jpeg格式,設計圖紙應包含作品名稱、效果圖和設計說明,從設計主題、構思、結構圖、效果圖、實物照片、工藝等角度對作品進行詳細闡述;作品設計圖紙文字為中文或英文,不得出現(xiàn)作者姓名及任何個人信息,不得出現(xiàn)參賽企業(yè)名稱,否則視為無效作品。
1) Design drawings should be within 5 pages in A3 size, 300dpi of resolution, within 10MB, and in the format of PNG, JPG or JPEG. It should include the title, effect drawing, and description, and elaborates the entry on the theme, conception, structural drawing, effect drawing, physical photos, and technology. All text should be in Chinese or English without any indications of the author’s name or marks or any participating enterprise’s name, otherwise the entry will be considered invalid.
2) 作品視頻(如有),不超過3分鐘,MP4(h264編碼)格式,畫面比例自定,文件大小不超過100mb,可以配字幕,但不得以任何形式出現(xiàn)個人信息。
2) Video (if any) should be within 3 minutes in MP4 (H264 coding) format, of self-determined aspect ratio and within 100MB. Subtitles are acceptable, but no private information in any form should be disclosed.

Schedule
1. 大賽啟動:2023年4月18日
以大賽組委會發(fā)布公告時間為準。
1. Launch period: 18 April, 2023. The announcement of the organizing committee shall prevail.
2. 作品征集:4月18日-7月31日
參賽者可在2023年4月18日至2023年7月31日期間,在大賽官網注冊賬號(如遇網絡不暢等特殊情況,亦可通過郵箱或電話索取或提交相關材料),并提交完整的報名信息;參賽者可以個人、團隊(不超過5人)等形式報名參賽。
2. Call for Entries: 18 April to 31 July, 2023
Participants may register on the official website of the competition (Email and telephone contact are available for participants who have extenuating circumstances, such as poor network access) between 18 April and 31 July, 2023. Participants can sign up as individuals or teams (with up to five members).
3. 大賽初評:8月
組委會組織初評,評審專家將對參賽作品進行首輪評選,遴選100個作品入圍復賽,并在大賽官網公示。入圍復賽作品均可參與大賽優(yōu)秀作品展覽。
3. Preliminary Evaluation: August
The organizing committee will organize the preliminary evaluation, in which 100 entries will be selected for the semi-final. The results will be announced on the official website. Entries that go into the semi-final will be exhibited.
4.大賽復評:2023年9月
評審專家對入圍作品進行復評,遴選30個作品入圍決賽,并在大賽官網公示。

5.大賽決賽及頒獎典禮:于2023年10月舉辦。
